Welcome to Level Up Career Consulting. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. General Policy

  • All sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a service has been purchased.

  • Prices and packages are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

2. Services & Delivery

  • Standard turnaround time for writing services is 3–4 working days.

  • An express option (48 hours) is available for an additional fee.

  • Coaching sessions are delivered via Microsoft Teams or WhatsApp (voice or video).

  • CV writing is tailored for UAE and Australia markets; other services are available globally.

3. Payments

  • Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, After Pay.

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking.

4. Cancellations by Level Up

Orders may be canceled by Level Up Career Consulting in cases such as:

  • Incomplete or incorrect information provided by the client.

  • Technical errors or unexpected issues with processing the order.

In such cases, clients will be notified and assisted in rescheduling or correcting their booking.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information for CVs, cover letters, and coaching sessions.

  • Delays caused by missing or incomplete information are not the responsibility of Level Up Career Consulting.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • We operate on a strict no-refund policy. Once a purchase is made, our team begins working immediately. Our time, strategy, and attention are allocated to your project upfront.

  • Refunds due to customer errors (such as duplicate purchases) will be issued only for the duplicate purchase, minus any payment processor fees.

7. No Guarantee of Job Outcomes or Interviews

  • We do not guarantee job interviews, offers, or specific outcomes. These depend on factors outside of our control, including your personal skills, market conditions, and how you apply our strategies.

  • You are responsible for applying to jobs; Level Up Career Consulting provides you with the tools, guidance, and confidence to succeed.

  • While many clients have achieved successful outcomes, there are no guaranteed results.

  • We are confident, however, that you will feel more prepared and empowered for any job interview, even if external factors prevent a successful outcome.

8. Disclaimer of Liability

  • While we provide professional guidance and career consulting services, Level Up Career Consulting is not liable for employment decisions made by employers, recruiters, or third parties.

9. Updates to Terms

These Terms & Conditions were last updated in August 2025.
We reserve the right to update or amend these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page.
